The hotel is situated near the river and offers a pleasant walk to the main plaza. Several restaurants are nearby that offer tasty and economical seafood options. the room is nicely appointed and everything works well, including the AC and coffee.

The staff is unprofessional and unfriendly. Upon arriving and leaving, they abandoned me struggling with my bags.

The customer service was poor, the staff were very unfriendly and unprofessional. The woman who checked me in left me to carry my bags up a steep staircase alone, and the man who saw me struggling with them on my way out did not offer any help either.
