The peaceful atmosphere of the hotel was perfect for my business trip. the location was spot on, just a short walk away from the main square and the river. I loved the affordable and delicious seafood options at the nearby restaurants. the room's bedding was cozy, and the AC worked efficiently. the coffee available in the morning was a great perk.
The check-in and check-out process wasn't as efficient as I would have liked. the staff seemed somewhat aloof and unprofessional, and there was no offer of assistance with my luggage.

The bedding was comfortable and the location was great. It was easy to walk around the area and there were several restaurants serving tasty and reasonably priced seafood. The AC worked really well which made it comfortable to sleep during the night.
The customer service was poor, the staff were very unfriendly and unprofessional. The woman who checked me in left me to carry my bags up a steep staircase alone, and the man who saw me struggling with them on my way out did not offer any help either.
